“It is awful. Tried to book two children through the internet browser on my phone. It does not let you copy an address from one field to another. tick the box to say child 1 can swim, then tick the box to say child 2 can swim and it unticks child 1. it did this on all the questions. utterly useless. I then tried to book one child on an individual booking, but it would not let me last question 17. i have therefore had to start again on my computer.”
“Making a booking on this page is nearly impossible. Took ages to get the little booking link to come up, then when you finally get to what you think is your basket, its not clear what to do next by asking to add more attendees instead of just saying pay here.”

It also wouldn't log me in and when I tried to reset password I never received the SMS message, so had to check out as a guest.
The other booking system used by Super Star Sport, was much better, never had any issues.”
“Too complicated user interface, dishonest tick to OPT OUT which is known to be misleading to users, visually poorly designed (poor usability), plus you don't need to know the names of attendees to a kids' show.”
“The website does not load properly on mobile devices; there's a checkbox that you have to accept in order to opt out/in to cookies, and unless you've ticked this, you can't scroll down. But you need to scroll down to tick the box, so it's impossible to use.
Also, there's no way to opt-out of automatic re-enrollment, which is at best pretty poor behaviour toward the customer and at worst is illegal.”
“Very poor with my bank details as soon as I verified my payment it took me back to payment screen to reenter. I've had to use my husbands to process this.

“I get frustrated that my wrap around provider cannot just be saved as a favourite as I use them all the time. Searching on your site is not simple and o always struggle to find my provider”
Hi Clare, thanks for your feedback. Your previously booked suppliers are now saved within your Activities profile on Pebble. Simply login using the burger menu at the top left of the page when you land on activities.bookpebble.co.uk and you'll see "My providers" on the left hand side which will take you directly to your provider. If you dont have an account already, create one with your next booking to take advantage of this feature.
