“Extremly time comsuming. I need a simple link that takes me directly to Birchgrove and then easier to select dates not automatically assume I want to book the whole week. This new system has put me off using the club since you changed it. I am too busy to be clicking all over trying to book 1 day. We used to use the club every week. This is the 3rd time since Feb due to this website”
