“Bad user interface. Visual design bad - difficult to discern and identify the option I want, font size and colours do not make viewing the page and identifynig the relevant information easy. Scrolling is left to right insteadf of down and up. There are too many steps in maing a booking. You don't need a DoB of attendees - this is private inforamtion. Where one needs to tick an options, selection is to OPT OUT instead of to OPT IN (practice aimed at misleading customers). To book one needs to select "buy tickets" - there are no tickets involved to book a course, this is confusing.”

“Pebble converted my payment from sterling to euro based on my location, and charged me an extra £5.12 for my booking. At no point in my transaction was this pointed out to me. My basket was in Sterling and so is my bank account. I will absolutely avoid Pebble in the future.”
