“Long winded, multi stage process, that is time consuming. No proper ‘basket’ facility, so breakfast and afterschool clubs with the same provider have to be booked in separate transactions. Constructive feedback provided to Pebble but no action taken on it. Very disappointing platform.”
“Far too complicated when it doesn't need to be. To book breakfast club by Selecting individual days, every month, then having to log in and confirm questions, every time, then having to log into my account to confirm payment of £0 every time, then having to do it all again for afternoon club EVERY BOOKING (which I do per month, some do this every week!) -itw way too much when if you designed your site better, it's could be set up for the whole year in one go. Awful system.”

The account setup process didn't include my provider and wouldn't allow me to find it, so effectively got to a part of the basic sign-up process and it wouldn't allow me to complete it.
When selecting multiple activities the basket only allows for one at a time and so this is very time consuming.
The IT team need to get onto this quickly as the providers signed up are going to get so many complaints as a result of a 3rd party IT system.”
