The account setup process didn't include my provider and wouldn't allow me to find it, so effectively got to a part of the basic sign-up process and it wouldn't allow me to complete it.
When selecting multiple activities the basket only allows for one at a time and so this is very time consuming.
The IT team need to get onto this quickly as the providers signed up are going to get so many complaints as a result of a 3rd party IT system.”
“It's a hassle to keep booking using voucher codes each time and you can not book morning and afternoon sessions at once meaning I constantly have to ask for new voucher codes everytime I want to book.”

We have investigated your review and identified a few action points from the issues you mentioned.
1. We have recently released a new basket feature that would allow providers such as School of Play to add morning and afternoon sessions into one page, where you can select add across both to your basket. It looks like School of Play have not switched over to using this new feature yet, so our dedicated Customer Success team have reached out to help them get set up for next term.
2. It looks like your voucher code was already redeemed when you tried to apply it. We are also reaching out to offer any help and guidance School of Play with using our Discount Code feature in case there are changes that could be made to improve your experience.

Hi there Yulia,
I have looked into the issues you reported.
We do support basket bookings for multiple children, and you can now also book different children into either the same or different dates.
Just make sure to choose how many tickets you need by hitting the + icon on the ticket screen.
Two tickets = two children, unless they are group or family tickets.
Once you are happy with your ticket for the chosen session, you can add it to your basket and continue adding more dates and tickets if you like.
Regarding the timing out problem, I could not see any errors from your session in our records.
We would love to hear a few more details about your experience to better understand the issues you raised and ask you how you think we could be better.

“If a minus star was available, I would use it. The platform is not user-friendly. It does not seem to retain the information that has already been added. Booking any activity so far has been an absolute headache.”
