“Supposed to be easier to use. says it will save details but doesn't so having to log in to bank app to approve, then log in to email to get a verification code.”
“I couldn't find the information easily on the website, my friend had to send a link. Then it kept saying error throughout the booking experience and I wanted to pay using my child care account, but couldn't see that anywhere. Not very clear at all.”
