“Absolutely horrendous. Never experienced such a complicated booking system in my life, it's taken 4 hours to work out. Almost went elsewhere to book something else but didn't want to disappoint my child. I was pulling my hair out. It's really tricky to get the venue you want to come up, then I had to book 4 times as it kept dropping my booking, then you have to figure out that you have to press a tiny plus sign which isn't even opposite the days you've booked, otherwise the total won't calculate. You have to go all the way back to the first booking page to take any bookings off as there is nowhere to alter anything on the last page, it takes a lot of trial and error to work all this out, Terrible terrible!!!”
