“Takes several clicks just to book a single day and involves more than one window that opens. if you miss anyone it doesnt add the day to checkout. doesnt remember your basket either.
checking out as guest seems to ask for more info than registering.”
“I think it’s disgusting how I have to pay £9 for a late pick up. You do not give me the option for any earlier pick up £9 each time for a working parent.
But there’s nothing I can do about it!!”
“This booking process is rubbish.
Instead of being able to make one booking for all clubs/afterschool activities you have to make multiple bookings. Coming out from selecting activities deletes selections from the basket.
I’m not impressed by this system.”
