“Screen rendering on mobile is off. No option to use card details but voucher schemes can sometimes have a delay in transactions and now Im concerned that they won't see it and will charge my card. No option to contact anyone. Free text fields are pointless for data capture and some of the questions are 'open questions' with yes / no answers?”
