“Bookroo is awesome! The books my granddaughter received were a great selection of books that aren't found on every kids bookshelves. She loves them! Not only does she loves the books, she loves getting her own mail and opening her own packages. I love that she loves them and has has a great library. I also love the customer service! They have a good response time and go above and beyond to really help you. I'm definitely glad I chose Bookroo, they are the best,”

“Bookroo is an amazing book club that caters to multiple age groups. The books they choose to send each month are well selected and high quality. I got the club for my nephew. He loved seeing me bring a Bookroo box. He would get so excited and want to open them immediately. Several of the books sent soon became among one of his favorites. I highly recommend using this club.”

“The company is easy to deal with and responsive to any questions/contact from us. We haven't really seen any of the books, since we are having them sent to two of our grandchildren who live out of our area. But the kids and their parents seem quite pleased with the books, as do the two kids themselves. The older one is 8 1/2 while the younger one is 3 1/2. Our granddaughter looks forward to the arrival of the bookroo boxes. When they arrive, she first takes out the books for her younger brother and then reads them to him. We love the idea of her doing that! Then she reads the books intended for her. Not all of the books are equally successful, but overall the kids seem quite satisfied and there have been no complaints from their parents. We recently noted that our granddaughter was finishing her books quite quickly (and frequently in one sitting). So we contacted booroo and had her subscription upgraded to the next level. All it took to do that was a single short email. We love companies that are easy to deal with and responsive! (Note that we sent the email on a Saturday/Sunday. We got our response the first thing Monday morning. I rated that as under an hour in that the response came as quickly as it logically could have. All follow up emails have been responded to extremely quickly.”
