“Sadly the website was playing up, I ended up with 5 identical cards in my basket, had to delete 4... then it went to wrong address!”

Hi Elaine The item would have been delivered to the address that had been input by the customer. We do ask at the time of checking out and again when the confirmation email is sent to make sure that all details are correct.

“Order process gives no indication to lead time so ended up arriving with recipient days before their actual birthday. Opening was disappointing to say the very least. Barely popped and most of the confetti remained in the packaging, definitely wasn't as per the videos.”
