“I’m not very IT savvy— having said that I was surprised at how badly my recent boomf purchases went. I thought I’d ordered 2 birthday cards to go to seperarate addresses, each personalised appropriately. As it turned out both cards were identical and sent to the wrong address. Perhaps it would be possible to make your site a little more idiot proof.”

“1. Very expensive for what you get 2. The "boomf" was less than a handful of confetti that didn't explode out it just fell on the floor. 3. The card /box that I expected to appear was pitiful 4. The extras were meh. Some cheap chocs and some cheap bubbles. Not worth the £35 paid. At best £20 worth and that's generous. Very poor experience”
