I am so sorry you have not received your Boomf gift yet! 😢 Looking at your order I can see we dispatched it on time 🤔 and it should have been delivered by 24 July at the latest. 🤪 Can you please have a look at your email 👀 my colleague has responded to your email this morning as we would love to get this resolved for you. 😀

Sukhy, I'm sorry to hear you gift arrived late! We work really hard to get all gifts dispatched on time, so I would love to get this resolved for you. 😀 Looking at your order I can see we dispatched on the same day you ordered it 🤔 and it should have been delivered by 20 July at the latest.
