Yaz, I'm sorry to hear you gift has got lost on its journey to you and it has missed the special day 😢 I understand how disappointing this must be. 🤦‍♀️ Looking at your order I can see we dispatched it on time 🤔 and it should have been delivered by 30 July at the latest. 🤪 Can you please have a look at your email 👀 I have just dropped you a message so we can get this resolved. 😀
