“The experience of purchasing the product was nice and easy however the box didn’t pop out when the card was opened which was unfortunate so didn’t have the fully effect of what it should have”

“This was my first time ordering a card from Boomf and it did not disappoint! My boyfriend was so happy with the card, he couldn't stop laughing! (he wasn't so keen on clearing up the confetti mess afterwards hahaha) If you want to go that extra mile, get a Boomf card - guaranteed to put a smile on someone's face :)”

“Card still not arrived 10 days later. My daughters 6th birthday has now passed. Website advised 7 days max. If Covid is causing you problems then say so before customers pay money. Everyone(reasonable) should understand when given prior warning.”
