Sara, I'm so sorry that your gift did not make it to you 😢 I understand how frustrating this must be, this is far from the experience we had intended for you! 🤦‍♀️ Can you have a look at your email, two of my colleagues have been in touch with you on 16 July and yesterday. We were contacted by DHL who have said that they are unable to get hold of you with the number provided, and are struggling to complete delivery of your gift due to no one being in to sign for this. 🤪 Could you email us at hello@boomf.com with a confirmation of you address & contact number, and let us know if you would like us to send you a replacement. 😀 🙏
