“So very pleased with my card, everything you read and see on line is spot on. The only thing I was disappointed in was me not being ready with my phone set on video instead of camera (even though you are recommend to do so) My niece got such a surprise and loved the whole card experience. Brilliant!!!💜”

“Was really happy with them but the only promise is I didn’t know who’s was who’s so I ended up opening the wrong persons so now then cant have theirs but apart from that was really good”

Oh no Tarra! I'm so sorry this happened to you 🤦‍♀️ If you haven't put a recipients name on the order, you can identify the cards by the packet reference id. This is on the delivery label below the address and also on your account online 🤪 If you would like us to send you a replacement card please email us at hello@boomf.com with your order number and the packet id reverence code of the card that you accidentally opened. 😀 You'll need to explain to us again that you have accidentally opened one of your gifts as you couldn't identify one from the other, and ask for a replacement. 🙏

“Ordered the 9 marshmallows as a birthday gift. The recipient is still talking about them and didn’t want to eat them as they were so special. They arrived in two days from order date. Was really impressed with presentation. Ordering was straightforward and photo uploads easy. Will keep in mind for future special occasions.”
