“As a birthday card box surprise . I wasn’t impressed by the size of the items I purchased for the amount of money it’s not very large photos or card . I would be happy with a refund”

“I ordered 3 explosive cards on the 7 November, for the 13th November costing £28.96. Only TWO arrived I have emailed yourselves no reply. The cards I ordered were the 2 square box which is quite small and the long exploding one. I was pleased with them, but disappointed that they failed the 3rd card and also failed to answer my request for a refund. So for me not trust worthy”

“Order process quick and easy. Slightly disappointed having placed order 02/11 requesting delivery date of 07/11 but not received until 09/11. Had wanted it to have arrived to be able to open first thing 09/11 rather than waiting for it to arrive on the day.”

Anne, my apologies your card did not arrived as quickly as you hoped. Looking at your order I can see we dispatched it on time, and it should be delivered by 25 November at the latest. 😅 Your gift went with our standard shipping service, this takes 8-12 working days (Monday to Friday) to arrive once shipped. 💕
