“I should have given you 5 stars because of quick delivery and good quality of product, but it would be better if you can tell me exactly or at least period of time for delivery. Due to I don’t live near the restaurant that your driver dropped the product off, and when he tried to call me before 9am (restaurant open from 11.30am), i was not ready to go there, fortunately I have a staff working there at that time. Anyway the driver dropped off the product nicely but a bit far from the doorway under the hot sunny day.”

“Bar fridge is great, and delivery was quick. We did however pay $300+ for delivery as it’s a residential property requiring a forklift to bring it in. This was not the case, driver turned up banging on windows and yelling hello with a trolley and my husband went out to assist bring it in. So I’m terms of delivery cost, absolutely ridiculous.”

Hi Alisha, Agree totally about the price. It’s crazy. This for the courier to provide a tailgate to lower it to the ground in lieu of customer having their own forklift. Bonkers. Courier companies take advantage of Health and Safety regulations where it suits and charge accordingly. We see none of this fee. Thanks very much for taking the time to leave your feedback. “All went will with my order until we had an issue with delivery which was due to size of item not fitting in our lift. Tim has been super helpful & responsive in helping me deal with couriers so really appreciated. Border express have been hopeless but thankfully I am now dealing with Steadfast Logistics who seem to be better & more responsice. Still have not received fridge but hoping to have an update ASAP. Thanks Tim for your help!”

“Quick and efficient but delivery was excessive when told to pay extra as the unit weight required a special lifting device to delivery and yet driver unloaded without any equipment to assist no special device attached to delivery vehicle.”

Hi, Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It's not acceptable that you paid for a service you did not receive. The delivery driver should not have done that as it is against health and safety. The courier companies force these delivery conditions on us, so they should abide by their own rules. If you give the guys in the office a call on 0397836325 they will be able to assist.
