“The hearing aid is good but could be improved by having a handle on the end, like an antenna. This would help getting the hearing aid out of the ear.”
“The service is terrible if you are looking for any credits for product returned or waiting for a credit. They answer emails with a robot reply and doesn't send a reply about what they found out. Also when you order through Bossa Canada you still have to pay duty that I was unaware of.”

“I was excited to orde hearing aids from Bossa. They were advertised as being as small as a pill. They were not. They were big and when put in my ear, the aid buzzed loud. I paid about $89 Canadian dollars, had to pay another $24 for customs and and $22 to return. Total about $137. Not cheap as advertised especially for a senior on penion. I returned them the next day. Bossa received them on October 25, no sign of refund yet. Hopefully it comes soon.”
“I ordered these hearing aids and upgraded, but when they arrived and I tried them out, it was like I had tin cans on my ears. I returned them, and it took nearly 4 months for my refund to show back up in my account. Countless phone calls, chat messages, and emails to try and get them to credit my account. Very disappointing.”
“I was not able to use the Bossa hearing aids because they are too large to fit properly into my ear canals. I believe the idea of OTC hearing aids is great, they cannot fit everyone successfully.”
