“Sadly, the sound quality is poor. They don't fit my ears regardless of which tip. Each extra tip that came with them are the same size. If you are seeking a cheap pair of aids, then these are exactly them.”
“I've tried Eargo's and Audien Hearing aids. Bossa beats them all! I just wish they were smaller! I'm somewhat vain. The best feature is you can push a tiny button on the device and it instantly increases/decreases the volume! GREAT IDEA! Thank you!

“Unfortunately, the hearing aids were too big for my ears. Had to return them for the second time as the first pair did not fit either. I was told that they had smaller pairs to fit women but those were too big as well. Returned the second pair and they were received on 10/20/23 at 12:15 p.m. by Lillia so I am waiting for my refund. I would like to know when I can expect it.”
“Would probably have given you 5 but I still do not have my promised refund. When I found I could not get your aids in my ear canals, I carefully wrapped them well and took them to the UPS store on 10/10. Isn’t it time now for my refund to arrive?”
“My aids went bad shortly after the trial period (45 days). I was refused a refund and offered replacements. I sent the old ones and waited a month, no results. I asked Bossa about the delay and, presto, they just processed the replacements. Coincidence? Not.”
