“The sound of it is clogging my best hearing just as bad as similar to a bugging sound that totally not sure how truly was the testing of those hearing aid doctors really that right after all. Rather my hearing way before I was even examined for sure sort of got worse instead for some reason or another.”

Buyer beware, if you need an actual hearing aid and expect to use this as a replacement, spend a buck.
This enhances your hearing and does a good job. I use it in one ear only, I think in both ears there would be an echo. Maybe not.
