“I like the products but the combination lock for the stand did not come with instructions. This lead to my FM accidentally locking it without knowing the code.”

“Hi Guys, The product was excellent. I would like to see some better quality instructions or even a youtube video ? There are a couple of small curly pieces such as the spin stop on the turn base isn't that clear to see,”

But, after speaking with the team at Bosstab, they found a solution and sent out the additional parts at no extra cost! “Haven't received our order as yet, not sure where it has gone to as the delivery advice we received from Star Track had the delivery depot as Mullewa, and not Mingenew. Not sure this is your problem or Star Tracks to sort out. Delivery advice was for 29th May, and today the tracking advice had it as being delivered today, but its still missing somewhere out there in the never never.”
