Huge apology to Kate for this order. StarTrack attempted delivery 3 days after the purchase date but were unable to deliver as the premises was closed, they then proceeded to lose the parcel. Normally we would of come up with a solution straight away, but we were only notified of the problem when this review was left. Kate was refunded in full for the purchase.

“The ipad min lock was excellent - a design issue is when you are mounting on a solid wall, you cannot get it screwed togther as tightly as preferred as there is no locking in of the coach screw at the back and the security screws which are great will only tighten to a point as the coach screw spins around and cannot be held to make it tighter. Otherwise am very very happy with the product.”

“Liked the iLocks stand. It was just as described on the website. It was sturdy and easy to assemble. Extending the stand did require removing a plate on the bottom of the stand, which wasn't documented anywhere that I could see. When extending the stand, be careful not to over extend it as there was no was to get the bolt back into place. BUT the stand was perfect and exactly what we were looking for.”
