I moved from ADT to Boundary when we moved home and am glad I did. A much more affordable system and I think it will only improve as time goes by. I have to admit that I had some issues with the equipment that was delivered as my alarm panel was faulty. However, I logged the issue with their customer services team and, no word of a lie, by the time I'd made a coffee they'd replied, diagnosed the issue, and had already arranged a return and replacement. Installation was simple and the help and support if you run into any issues is fantastic

The Boundary alarm system is cleverly designed to benefit any home whatever the layout, because the settings and preferences are so diverse . The monthly subscription is cheaper than the rest, provides way more functionality options and allows me to stay within my budget. The one thing that could be improved is the 'Activity Alert' function. It's great that the activity alert allows you to detect motion via the motion sensor(s) when the alarm is off. However, if there is more than one alert, instead of listing them (via the app for example), an alert overrides the previous alert and the message/evidence is lost. Also thank you Boundry for your exceptional customer service. I look forward to further improvements along the way.

Although it's still early days I'm very impressed and the alarm system seems excellent. On the initial install, I hit an issue whilst trying to pair a couple of the sensors as I didn't pull the battery tape quickly enough, but after looking at the support pages I discovered how to reset the sensors (press the tamper switch a few times) and then the sensors paired easily. I opted for the cellular option for the central hub and occasionally Wi-Fi connection has been lost and the hub connects to cellular, but seems to re-establish the connection to Wi-Fi very quickly. Alarming and disarming is easy using the key fob, but can be done directly from the hub or via the app. The app itself is easy to use and the notifications are all configurable. I'm definitely happy with my choice.

I was able to set up the Boundary Alarm myself, it was very easy thing to do with no problems. I have made a couple of general enquiries with Boundary and each time the response has been excellent. One thing I would like in the future is a separate panic alarm(s) that could be activated either near the point of entry or one that is portable that can be taken to the bedroom at night.

Hi, Thanks for taking the time to leave such a positive review! I'm particularly pleased that although you had a minor issue with the sensors, the helpdesk was able to solve this for you. The panic alarm is something we are looking at and the app does have a built-in panic alarm feature. For a graded alarm though, any hardware has to be rigorously tested and developed before it sees manufacturing so the app panic alarm should keep you going for the time being. Amazing system and so easy to install. This has replaced my overpriced ADT alarm system which was £36 per month! Features are amazing compared to my previous alarm. Support are very responsive and reply within hours. Can’t wait to see what they bring out in the coming months / years. I have already setup IFTTT with Hive and Hue.

I was reluctant to choose, what at the time, was a relatively new player in the security market. 3 months in and I have to say, the system has delivered real benefits over my previous wired system. Any minor issues I have had since have been picked up quickly and efficiently by the support team. So far so good!

I have two Boundary alarm systems. One at my own home and one at another. Mine installed perfectly. However I had an issue pairing a motion sensor at the other property. The Boundary support team contacted me to sort the problem out. How refreshing it is that I didn’t have to chase them. Together we were able to sort the issue out at a timescale that suited me. (As I was not at the other property every day). Clear instructions were given and the videos were a useful addition.

Well made, ascetically pleasing good value and easy to set up. There is a step by step guide which makes set up very easy. The only thing I couldn’t see is what batteries are required in the bell box when they run out. Very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend Boundary

Hi Matthew, Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. The batteries in the siren are long life, Lithium AA batteries that should last in excess of twelve months before they need replacing. The whole system is simple to set up and works fantastic. Had small issue with Siren location which was sorted very quickly with an immediate response from the help desk. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend a Boundary Alarm.

So it's early days yet as in the process of waiting for installation. But I have to say that so far I have been more than impressed with the responsiveness to questions relating to my order and delivery. In addition, the level of information provided during the ordering process is fantastic, with links to more information online. It makes a big difference when you get good customer service like this, so I just hope this continues as the company grows

I’m very happy with the service I’ve received from the guy’s at Boundary who were very prompt in replying to my queries and assisting me with a couple of slight problems I had with the install. On the whole the install was very easy and everything is working fine. I would highly recommend Boundary Alarm system. John

Had the system a few weeks now,despite a couple of minor problems (which were promptly fixed via email) it works a treat and was very easy to install.
