I have owned a system for several months now. The product is brilliantly fit for purpose and of great quality. The self installation instructions are straightforward and easily accomplished by most people, however should you have any problems or queries, their support team are quick to respond and provide a great service. In general use, the system works as expected and I have had no problems with it. From my experience, I can recommend a Boundary alarm.

Well thought out system, with clear instructions and small video install clips to reinforce your confidence with install. Like the fact that I can add to system when needs require and/or when funds allow. Recycled packaging is another bonus. The delivery was fast with well informed stages of delivery.. The system was easy to set up, equipment is well made and hub had clean layouts and is easy to follow on screen display. We went with 4 key fobs. But also like that we could all have our own individual codes in the event any issue with fobs in the future. Also like the fact that we can assign additional codes as and when required to family and friends in the event this is required. Phone app works really well also. And also found out that we can link other home devises via Alexa. We have 2 large dogs which I was a little worried about before purchase with them tripping the alarm once armed and us leaving them in alone. So far the system has not been triggered by them and I am still confident in the system doing it’s job if we were broken into. Had an issues with hub back mounting plate and power supply(my fault!) but was swiftly sorted out by Boundary. Great customer support, professional and friendly and very efficient.

Really happy with our system! - we chose professional instal as I’m lazy (!) and the house required many sensors and it was set up on one morning, and we were able to leave that same day for a weeks trip and it worked like a dream. The night time more is great in that we can choose zones to leave on whilst we sleep (subsequent to a break in we had at night time before we got boundary). Im particularly exited by the technology that allows us to link the system to Alexa etc. Delighted by the service Many thanks team!

Having had my system for a couple of months, it started losing connection to the siren. After informing the support team, help was immediate and soon resolved. Excellent first class customer support

A constantly evolving system with improvements to hardware and software making a good system into a great system. First class support when I had a few initial teething problems.

I was extremely lucky to win a boundary system but decided to purchase a few other sensors and professional installation. The customer service has been exceptional and they even created a special order so everything came at once. Installation was organised within around a week, the team that turned up were very professional and even filled in holes that were left from an old alarm system. The app is very easy to use and so far I am very impressed with the system and the company overall.

The alarm system itself is amazing, with so many different functionalities, you really cannot go wrong and will be extremely satisfied with the results. The customer service is faultless, with a very fast response time. The team, doesn't just deal with the query and forget, they check up, just to make sure everything is resolved and your alarm is operating to it's high standard. The rating, as far as I am concern, shouldn't be marked as just "very good", from my experience I would rank it as being excellent.

I had been looking for a new alarm for a while, but I wanted one, that was compatible with Apple HomeKit, that I could install, monitor remotely, and control remotely, of less consequence was monitoring. I have been monitoring and looking at the market and whilst Boundary doesn't have the Apple integration today I'm assured it is coming, and the app works on iOS so it's just some additional features that should come in a software update. I read all the reviews, not all positive, but mostly they were, above all they all stated support was very helpful so I took the plunge. The kit arrived promptly, well packaged, with everything you need. The instructions were clear and concise, and apart from a few small issues reading QR codes everything ran smoothly. I've had a few questions and the Helpdesk have been fantastic, proactive and helpful. To date I can't fault the product or my interaction. Very impressed!

I placed an order in extreme haste to take advantage of discounts that were about to expire. This was on a Saturday and out of business hours so I couldn't obtain answers to a number of questions that I wanted to ask about the product. Consequently I spent Sunday conducting my own in depth research which established that the offering, whilst undoubtedly excellent, had certain disadvantages compared to that on offer from a competitor. I should add in all fairness that the competitor's offer didn't meet ALL my requirements, some of which WERE met by the Boundary alarm system but on balance Boundary were just edged out. I cancelled the order via their out of hours chat messaging but unfortunately the correspondence was not picked up in quite enough time to stop them packaging and despatching the alarm system although they managed to recall it from the carrier before actual delivery. However, they were extremely understanding and helpful and immediately refunded the payment. We all have our own different requirements and priorities when evaluating products and I would again emphasize that for others the Boundary system may well come out on top. Their business model is first class and I wish them much success.

Excellent home system. Easy to select what you need, clear website which helps you decide system requirements. Packaged well and fast delivery. Easy to position sensors, no fancy tools needed or a professional installer. Easy to link the system via mobile app, again you don't need to be a professional as instructions really clear. If you do get stuck simply email and a lovely person replies very quickly who is there to help, they even check later on to make sure your problem is sorted. Great you can easily add on items such as extra sensors or key fobs. Working the system is really easy. Via the app or hub. Arming and disarming is quick and easy. The bundles are competitive priced and gives great piece of mind. Alerting you to any issues via a text and phone call. Would I recommend it? yes in fact.. I have already recommended to many friends and family. Thank Boundary 😊

Great system, easy to set up, lots of choice how to enable it. Monthly plans and equipment bundles very fairly priced. Also easy to add on sensors to system when or if you need more. Very easy to use alarm in terms of setting alarm and disarming it. Would highly recommend.

One of the easiest setups for an alarm system. As a UX designer I love using well though out products and can easily recommend Boundary. Great looking simple user experience. Well done Boundary! Maybe in the future you can look at cable routing options from the back instead of straight down, maybe cable channels left and right just for the OCD users out there. I’ll happily be buying more sensors.

Design: Excellent Good Value: Yes Would Recommend: Yes Support: Excellent (maybe in the future extended support hours would be good, especially with customers self-installing out of business hours). Customer Service: Superb Ethos: Customer first, professional, can do, "let's get this sorted for you" approach, from a UK based business. Perfect. I had a few pairing and other issues, but all either quickly resolved or ideas/suggestions discussed via the support channel. And to touch on a point made by others here; read the manual! Or visit https://support.boundary.co.uk/hc/en-gb In fact, read every piece of written material in the box/es! I am very tech savvy, but you might just miss something critical in terms of the installation pathway that causes you grief along the way..!

I was one of the 50 lucky winners, last month. I received the Alarm and installed it with out many issues. The issues I come across was my own fault not the system. I've had it up and running now for two weeks, the Alarm is simple to set up (Please read instructions) don't get cocky by thinking you can do it without reading them, 😂. Pretty simple set up and very easy to use all from by the app I would recommend this alarm to everyone.
