The alarm system itself is amazing, with so many different functionalities, you really cannot go wrong and will be extremely satisfied with the results.
The customer service is faultless, with a very fast response time. The team, doesn't just deal with the query and forget, they check up, just to make sure everything is resolved and your alarm is operating to it's high standard.
The rating, as far as I am concern, shouldn't be marked as just "very good", from my experience I would rank it as being excellent.
