“The support agent should have LESS technical terms or always copy and paste the information that we need. They should be able to speak as normal people, not robots. Simple questions make us worry about too long.”

“I was attracted to BoyleSports initially by the £50 free bet offer but didn't see that making a deposit by PayPal excluded me from the offer. So after placing 6 losing bets I was informed that I wouldn't be receiving any bonus either - a bad start! Website is ok, bonuses seem quite good (as long as you read the T&Cs well!)”

“customer service was polite, but unable to tell me actually why I was not allowed to place a bet advertised on their site. The blame for this was directed at the Trading Department, and I was informed that said department do not have any way of being contacted. So now I use another bookie”

“Could be a lot better, asking for a review every 10 mins while online even when you have left several. App needs a lot of work, no back button on a lot of windows, doesnt stay logged in when switching between apps.”
