“Couple of issues ! Lotto bet selected one time , didn't go through for some reason , lost out ! My bet (selections of numbers) should have been recorded some way but we're not ! But a big history of same numbers there that were placed and would not honour my query ! 2, some times watching a race live on Boylesports after placing a minimum wager the race will freeze or won't play at all ! 3, I've had a few issues over the years with payouts in fact but Boyle sports is the only online bookmaker I have an account with maybe time for a change. 4, The cash out option which does not include Horses is a big No No !”

“A slow operator compared to previous experiences with different staff members. Ryanne appeared to be distracted or something as her response time wasn't as fast and efficient as I received in the pass. Maybe she's relatively new or in training. Apologies if I'm wrong but at least I got my issued resolved in the end. Thanks”

“This is the second time I had to contact Live Chat due to the site not allowing me to make a deposit. Both times the agent had no idea what was causing the problem. I eventually worked out it was because I had put 25.00 as the amount instead of just 25. The agents should have known this was a problem - I can't be the first one to experience this! Also, today's agent doesn't know how to spell "hear" (wrote "here").”
