“This is the second time I had to contact Live Chat due to the site not allowing me to make a deposit. Both times the agent had no idea what was causing the problem. I eventually worked out it was because I had put 25.00 as the amount instead of just 25. The agents should have known this was a problem - I can't be the first one to experience this! Also, today's agent doesn't know how to spell "hear" (wrote "here").”

“I was led to the site from an advertisement which had completely incorrect terms and conditions for its free bets. Having met the requirements of wagering was then informed I was Getting 1/5th the freebets expected. Not amused!”
