“Poor odds and a misleading signup offer. Offered 2 x £25 free bets as a signup, one after 5 real cash bets and one after the next 5. Turns out that if customers use the first free bet before the second one is qualified for, then it invalidates the offer as a free bet is then one of the first 10. This is not made clear in the T&Cs”

“Spotted that the company had got a result wrong on finalising the bets. Once I told them they did correct the outcome quickly. However I was more than a little disappointed that they don't offer rewards to customers spotting mistakes unlike a few competitors I could name”

“Louise did a perfect job in dealing with my question, quickly and without fuss. Hope the point I made will be taken on board as the facility of using shops for cash withdrawals of cleared funds (as offered by PP) is very handy. Instant cash to lodge into bank (or spend) rather than waiting the usual seven days...helps with the bills.”
