“I have 4 bookmaker accounts with other bookmakers . I was told you honour the first bet with a free bet . I've just checked this with one of your agents and was told its upto £50 . Very misleading even reading your t&c now . I was recommended by a friend and feel a bit let down - even tho you have good odds . Unless I get my free bet I will not make you my number one choice as I do spend a lot of money online with the other bookmakers I'm members with . Regards Steve”

“Sign up was easy with a fantastic welcome offer, although you do have to deposit using a Credit/debit card to be eligible for the welcome offer. I used PayPal as it wasn't stated on a certain advertisement I went through. Contacted them through Live Chat Help and the matter was resolved swiftly and professionally. Highly recommended! “Trouble arose from trying to withdraw money via paypal (which was how it was deposited) and i got asked to withdraw via a different method for some reason. Cian sorted the issue very good advisor. Thanks”
