“Trouble arose from trying to withdraw money via paypal (which was how it was deposited) and i got asked to withdraw via a different method for some reason. Cian sorted the issue very good advisor. Thanks”

“At the faintest whiff of making any money from them you will be restricted or banned without explanation and they will hide behind their T&C's. Utter joke of a bookmaker.”

“An ok bookmaker, until they decide to restrict you for no reason. Not sure who the traders are, but I'm assuming they have no business sense closing down accounts that are barely winning. If you have an account, don't get too attached.”

“Dire Customer Service. The representative I spoke with was adamant that odds of 8/13 in decimal is 0.61, thereby excluding me from a promotion. She could not understand that the correct odds in decimal are 1.62. I have wasted over 45 minutes in discussion and even with a manager checking this, I am still told 8/13 odds are 0.61. I'm amazed that staff working for a bookmakers cannot calculate this simple conversion.”

“It was my first time on this and I must see I was very happy with the help I got of the customer service staff maeve one of the staff was very helpful and I got everything done I will definitely come back on this site again if I need any help with anything very fast and know waiting around thanks again for your help”
