“I spoke to Owen to ask why I had not received the 2nd part of my signup free bet. He informed me that I had not qualified due to specific terms of the offer that I had misinterpretated. Although he stood by the terms, I expressed my displeasure with the way the offer had been presented, and he asked his supervisor to grant me the bonus as a goodwill gesture. Therefore I am happy with the customemr care provided and am happy to leave a positive review.”
