“I was expecting to be disappointed on an enquiry i made as I was waiting on a free bet to be applied to my account. Boylesport help answered my question on a previous day and then answered with something different two days later. but to avoid any disappointment and further angst, straightaway my free bet was applied to my account, leaving me feeling happy and valued as a boylesports customer.”

“I chatted to a lovely lady named Bernadette ....she is a credit to Boyle sports, very polite and even though my request was abit long winded Bernadette got to the bottom of it...very good customer services is hard to find but perfect is unheard of ...credit where credits due ...I reckon Bernadettes transcripts could be show and used in training shes thats good....thank you Bernadette”

“Issue with an enhanced offer link not working. Anya on Live Chat was helpful. She wasn't able to resolve the issue but advised me to contact customer service on the phone who were able to place my bet manually. Now I just need Arsenal and Man City to win!!! :)”
