“Your customer service team are unable to help anyone but send an email to technical support who take forever to help anyone, i have been waiting for 13 hours for a response from your casino technical department and still nothing. I use various different sites for casino games and have never dealt with such a useless site that can't seem to help any customers right there and then......24/7 support? what bulls**t that is”

“Kaitlin your advisor is excellent - friendly and efficient. You do have an issue with your systems though. I play a lot of the slot loyalty reward offers but it seems at least half the time I have to contact you to get the points credited”
