“A slow operator compared to previous experiences with different staff members. Ryanne appeared to be distracted or something as her response time wasn't as fast and efficient as I received in the pass. Maybe she's relatively new or in training. Apologies if I'm wrong but at least I got my issued resolved in the end. Thanks”
