“Boylesports is the worst betting company i have ever used in my life with the rudest customer services who clearly don't care about resolving customer issues. Placed a handful of accumulators with BoyleSports and I use one promotion offer and my account gets restricted from ever using them again.. Took me 25 minutes to get through to someone on the live chat and 'Maeve' who I spoke to was absolutely useless and resolved nothing being nothing but rude throughout.”

“Customer Service agents are very helpful, especially the Live Chat agents. There are problems getting bonus/premium points updated, and the whole Boyle Premium rewards system is quite confusing.”

“well what can I say, another online bookie who offer you all sorts to join, then after about 4 months placing relatively small bets (around £25,00) on the horses, my accounts restricted as I am some kind of betting risk aha, although I can play as much bingo and games as I like, no thanks, thats not why I joined”
