“i hadn't had an account long and used only once a week or so and for some reason and with no explanation had been banned from the sportsbook, awful service and awful bookie i will stay far away from all sister company's and the brand and will never suggest it to friends.”

“i signed up and placed a £10 bet which lost...their offer was that if your bet loses, then you get a free £5.00 bet..but not me, i was told my account had been suspended and no more bets would be accepted! customer services gave me no reason other than their terms and conditions, well i have told family and friends to stay away, they are pathetic. i shall be writing to the gc”
