“customer service was perfect, but the company is a complete shambles i did 4 bets maximum £25 and then they blocked my account for some reson with no explanation, this site seems VERY SUSPICIOUS might be some scam to get peoples card details would keep away from this site. From now on i will stick to well known bigger companys like william hill or ldbrokes”

“Restricted account for no apparent reason - so closed my account. You seemed to think I'd like to have avail myself of Casino or Bingo when I never have before. I am a really small-time punter - if that's the way youtreat your ordinary customers then I'm happy to go elsewhere.”

“very misleading..joined up today thought i was getting a free bet as a welcome bonus. turns out only people who bet 5 bets for at least 20 euro get a freebet..talking about turning gamblers into more serious ones..bullshit”

“I have 4 bookmaker accounts with other bookmakers . I was told you honour the first bet with a free bet . I've just checked this with one of your agents and was told its upto £50 . Very misleading even reading your t&c now . I was recommended by a friend and feel a bit let down - even tho you have good odds . Unless I get my free bet I will not make you my number one choice as I do spend a lot of money online with the other bookmakers I'm members with . Regards Steve”

“Had limited stakes applied to my account, if I was allowed to stake anything at all. No reason given, I was not taking any profit from you, it was the other way around, really don't understand why, Alex on livechat was helpful enough though.”

“Dire Customer Service. The representative I spoke with was adamant that odds of 8/13 in decimal is 0.61, thereby excluding me from a promotion. She could not understand that the correct odds in decimal are 1.62. I have wasted over 45 minutes in discussion and even with a manager checking this, I am still told 8/13 odds are 0.61. I'm amazed that staff working for a bookmakers cannot calculate this simple conversion.”

“They just ban you after you win a bet. Customer Service is awful, not personal at all, they just copy and paste terms, rather than actually speaking to you”

“Dreadful company. They are not a bookmaker. They just want take as much money as possible. As soon as you win more than a couple of bets they ban you. This tells me that either they have no idea what they are doing, or have no confidence in the odds that their traders set....which brings me back to they dont know what they are doing! RUBBISH”

“Terrible bookmaker, have placed a total of 10 bets with them between 1st Nov 2014 and today, the last being on Aug 16th on a Rangers match. Received an email today saying the my account has been restricted. Over the 10 bets I've lost about £20 in total and taken part in 2 of their promotions. Plenty of other better bookmakers around.”
