“New customer offer isn't easily available and I think this is a bit of a joke. I spoke to someone through the live chat who was helpful in telling me that she would look into it but I am very disappointed in the hassle I'm going through as a new customer. This still hasn't been resolved.”

“My account has been blocked for the past 3-4 days, I sent in all my documents and still my account is suspended. I think Boylesports wants me to go to the moon or the stars and then maybe they still would not reply.... Very disgusted...”

“customer service was perfect, but the company is a complete shambles i did 4 bets maximum £25 and then they blocked my account for some reson with no explanation, this site seems VERY SUSPICIOUS might be some scam to get peoples card details would keep away from this site. From now on i will stick to well known bigger companys like william hill or ldbrokes”

“Restricted account for no apparent reason - so closed my account. You seemed to think I'd like to have avail myself of Casino or Bingo when I never have before. I am a really small-time punter - if that's the way youtreat your ordinary customers then I'm happy to go elsewhere.”

“I have 4 bookmaker accounts with other bookmakers . I was told you honour the first bet with a free bet . I've just checked this with one of your agents and was told its upto £50 . Very misleading even reading your t&c now . I was recommended by a friend and feel a bit let down - even tho you have good odds . Unless I get my free bet I will not make you my number one choice as I do spend a lot of money online with the other bookmakers I'm members with . Regards Steve”

“Had limited stakes applied to my account, if I was allowed to stake anything at all. No reason given, I was not taking any profit from you, it was the other way around, really don't understand why, Alex on livechat was helpful enough though.”

“Dire Customer Service. The representative I spoke with was adamant that odds of 8/13 in decimal is 0.61, thereby excluding me from a promotion. She could not understand that the correct odds in decimal are 1.62. I have wasted over 45 minutes in discussion and even with a manager checking this, I am still told 8/13 odds are 0.61. I'm amazed that staff working for a bookmakers cannot calculate this simple conversion.”
