“I was led to the site from an advertisement which had completely incorrect terms and conditions for its free bets. Having met the requirements of wagering was then informed I was Getting 1/5th the freebets expected. Not amused!”

“Poor odds and a misleading signup offer. Offered 2 x £25 free bets as a signup, one after 5 real cash bets and one after the next 5. Turns out that if customers use the first free bet before the second one is qualified for, then it invalidates the offer as a free bet is then one of the first 10. This is not made clear in the T&Cs”

“The positives of my experience - Hannah was responsive and polite. The negatives - I had a query regarding a calculation of dead-heats in golf, and to query an amount that I won. There was a complete lack of transparency surrounding the calculation. Hannah was unable to provide a calculation - just the assurance that the trading department had assured her that the amount calculated was correct. Even though it does not tally with online dead heat calculators, or the dead heat explanation provided here: http://m.boylesports.com/MobileSportsBook/RuleBook?back=Information This lack of transparency will result in me closing my account.”

“Chelsea your representative has done good but if a customer asks for a free fiver at least once a year you should help I have to say this is not boyles as it used to be and I know that for sure I have been a good long customer and I'm not treated good. You should help that's all”
