“Told one lot of information yesterday and then totally the opposite today. Quickfire games been unavailable for two days and told no technical issues yesterday - but today told you were having technical issues. I do not appreciate not being told the truth. Unable to transfer money from sports to casino so left with no alternative but to open an account with one of your competitors. Not very happy to say the least so will be closing my account when able.”

“I joined your site yesterday as I saw this welcome offer advertised on your home page; "Place a bet of £/€5 or more at odds of at least 2.0 / EVS (combined for multiples), and if it loses, we will match it with a free bet up to £/€25. " I placed my first bet and it lost. However, after speaking to Everette at Boylesports on live chat she informed me that this offer is old and not valid and therefore I am ineligible to receive the £25 freebet. This seems rather strange as the offer is in fact still live and advertised on your website on the below links. http://www.boylesports.com http://www.boylesports.com/sportsbook/promotiontermandcondition/?id=28105 I've taken screenshots of the offer and the offer t&c's link which are still live on your website at 17.11pm today the 20th May. You can clearly see the offer terms link re-directing to http://www.boylesports.com/sportsbook/promotiontermandcondition/?id=28105 Despite Everette apologising for confusion, I think it's clear for everyone to see that this is false and misleading advertising.”

“I recently signed up for a BoyleSports online account in order to get a new customer sign up bonus. I registered at the following address: ppc.boylesports.com/football/one-team-to-win however, BoyleSports have refused to honour the sign up bonus on the grounds that their website experienced technical issues. The tone of the personnel I have been dealing with is quite frankly atrocious and there is no suitable complaints procedure or management structure in place. When I have asked to speak to management I have been refused, despite not having a suitable resolution to my issue. BoyleSports have acknowledged that they experienced system issues on the date my account was opened, but they still refuse to provide a suitable resolution to the issue. The betting forums are rife with talk of BoyleSports' refusal to honour the offer and in the market place BoyleSports' are regarded as a very unethical company.I have serious concerns about whether they should be allowed to continue operating in the UK jurisdiction.”

“Absolutely no help resolving a bet I placed , Charlotte , Megan and Owen really unhelpful , my bet was for over 4.5 goals and bet confirmed at over 4.5 goals then my bet won and in my slip it said under 4.5 goals? Tried to resolve bet during game and got fogged off , spoke with three different operators and they seemed to be making the rules up as they went along, all saying different things,I asked about a goodwill gesture and they don't seem to have any for the customer, I was told that the system is100% accurate which I know is a lie as last week I tried to deposit £50 and only 20 was deposited and the same thing happened last night so it definitely isn't 100% accurate then my bet placed last night for over 4.5 goals was placed and confirmed and when bet bet came up my slip said under ?? I tried with no success to resolve this but operators unwilling to reverse this”
