I recently signed up for a BoyleSports online account in order to get a new customer sign up bonus. I registered at the following address: ppc.boylesports.com/football/one-team-to-win however, BoyleSports have refused to honour the sign up bonus on the grounds that their website experienced technical issues. The tone of the personnel I have been dealing with is quite frankly atrocious and there is no suitable complaints procedure or management structure in place. When I have asked to speak to management I have been refused, despite not having a suitable resolution to my issue. BoyleSports have acknowledged that they experienced system issues on the date my account was opened, but they still refuse to provide a suitable resolution to the issue. The betting forums are rife with talk of BoyleSports' refusal to honour the offer and in the market place BoyleSports' are regarded as a very unethical company.I have serious concerns about whether they should be allowed to continue operating in the UK jurisdiction.

My account was blocked, sent in all my documents. It has been ages since my account was under Investigation and still it is the same. These people choose their customers. Boylesports sucks

Very disappointed with your level of customer service and not for the first time. Failure by your staff to acknowledge issues raised and an unwillingness to investigate or help customers. Very very poor indeed but nothing will be done about it.

Signed up for a 50% bonus never got it due to depositing using Boku mobile paymens ...absolute disgrace...and one big con!! You take my money but dont give any back as a reward.... Worst bookie around!!! Sorry about that its just my opinion!!

I won't be using these bookies ever again. I took up the £50 free bet offer, and because I was winning, they've restricted my bets. They only seem to like you if you lose. Avoid.

Absolutely no help resolving a bet I placed , Charlotte , Megan and Owen really unhelpful , my bet was for over 4.5 goals and bet confirmed at over 4.5 goals then my bet won and in my slip it said under 4.5 goals? Tried to resolve bet during game and got fogged off , spoke with three different operators and they seemed to be making the rules up as they went along, all saying different things,I asked about a goodwill gesture and they don't seem to have any for the customer, I was told that the system is100% accurate which I know is a lie as last week I tried to deposit £50 and only 20 was deposited and the same thing happened last night so it definitely isn't 100% accurate then my bet placed last night for over 4.5 goals was placed and confirmed and when bet bet came up my slip said under ?? I tried with no success to resolve this but operators unwilling to reverse this

Tried my best to open an account with you but ye seemed to experience problems with my credit card. I never had a problem in 30 years with my credit card provider. I guess it was not to be!

Had a query regarding a promotion was told I would have to go to the shop and send a photograph to the customer service or my query would not be investigated ......very odd

on finding the market I was looking for, help was grand. When I later found out I actually paid more for the "money back offer" than it was worth by getting almost half the price "odds" on Rooney to score anytime than I could have got from Ladbrokes and Paddy Power. The odds Boyle's were paying on Rooney anytime were 5/4 whilst Ladbrokes were 23/10, PP 21/10. I rang your office to complain, spoke to Brian who had no sympathy and defended the company with aplomb. I do blame myself for not checking the price with the opposition before taking your sneaky money back offer. I am a fool indeed but I can say PP is my main bookie and I won't be changing it to Boyles anytime soon. Thanks for the experience.

customer support asked to rate you well am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the site tried to find out how to do placepots spent ages looking for them on your site could not find them so spoke to customer support and they told me can not do them on the online site have to ring up to put 1 on yet ur site as been around a while yet you don't do them yet every other betting site you can do placepots and your a betting site yet you don't have them not ringing up to do a pound placepots a will use another betting site in future what as all the betting options thanks a lot

Very poor I signed up for a offer through the mobile app and it wasn't added to my bet slip as per the terms and conditions I then contacted live chat who couldn't or would help to add the offer manually Very disappointing experience with boylesport

Issue revolving around updating my bank card. Very poor communication with members of your team. Unable to deal with a very simple task efficiently leading to complete dissatisfaction with your company. Issue was eventually dealt with. However the whole ordeal was somewhat ridiculous, and I felt as though most of that I was asked to do was unnecessary. I began to get the feeling that the process was intentionally made difficult so as to intimidate and confuse the costumer, which I'm sure in many cases would result in the customer not being able to withdraw their funds, which would only prove to maximise the profit margins of your company. This is both immoral and borderline illegal.

I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR BOYLESPORTS BUT A COMPANY CALLED BETMCLEAN. WHEN I LOGGED ONTO THIS COMPANY CHAT A GUY FROM BOYLESPORTS ANSWERED AND STARTED SAYING HE COULDNT DISCUSS MY ACCOUNT. SEEMS LIKE A DP BREACH HERE
