“theres something that goes wrong every day .I placed a bet yesterday,only to find that the football match nly takes place today ,not very good on boylesports behalf and they wont even give me my 60p stake money back or a little good will gesture,for messing up again Peter Dean well pissed off.”

“Not a good site at all. I am convinced a technical error has placed the wrong bet I had. Also I have never received a free bet and I have placed plenty of bets. I will be taking my bets elsewhere in the future. A really disappointing site and amateur at best”

“have had an issue with virtual sports through the iphone. placed numerous bets which the system did not work, awaiting a refund on these but continuoslusly told that I.T are trying to resolve the probem. i would expect a refund be made asap and not have to wait until the software problem is solved by I.T. Continuosly being punished by boylesports is what it feels like. i would like to continue to be loyal with boylesports and bet online and in shop but feel like this will drive me away. no help from customer service with my issue.”

“Had placed an outright bet on the golf which would finish on the 20th July 2015 on the open Championship as I didn't check the bet once I had placed it I had contacted customer service to be told the tournament had finished on the 19th July 2015 and my bet had settled as 3rd round betting. After customer service had explained that because I had placed my bet on 3rd round betting it has settled as lost. The agent Keela had indicated that the tournament had finished today's 19th July 2015 and had provided me with open championship website which had date the tournament would finish today rather than checking properly it has taken up my time today and I have work to attend to on Monday morning I'm furious with the way I have been treated and didn't take into consideration I am a valuable customer to boylesports therefore I will be cancelling my account with boylesports.”

“Rubbish "incentives" made me sign up. Whole hosts of T & C's that meant I didn't get them, and customer service were less then helpful. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.”

“I have placed some bets in error as on your website I have clicked on the side tab for 1st round leader in the open but after having placed my bets I have noticed it was for tournament winner which has came up when I have clicked on 1st round leader obscuring the 1st round leader market contacted customer service who contacted traders who in turn cant cancel bets this is a very poor service”

“Went though their promotion for a new account. Followed it to the letter as Ascot was on at the time so 10 bets were easy to put on. Then I got banned from making online bets!!! You can't have it both ways Boylesports!!”

“Spent a fortune with these guys over ascot then my account was restricted for some bizarre reason that I couldn't get a straight answer for. I enjoyed using their app and their customer services were very helpful at the start then they do this. The account is now useless I hope all new customers are not treated in this way not a happy punter”
