“I can honestly say that I have received and excellent service from start to finish. Guys reacted to my feedback and done the changes ASAP, basically you are guaranteed to be happy with design as they will only stop changes when you confirm your happy!! “After submitting my request I was sent some logo drafts within 24 hrs, after a couple of changes I had a new business logo ready to go within 5 business days.Jack and the team catered to all of my questions and I now have a very professional logo that I can use to market my business,Great price,product and they deliver what they promise.Highly recommend Brand Design to take your business to the next level.”

“I consider branding to be a key factor to a successful business. There are many people out there offering competitive rates and I was overwhelmed when I started seeking a new design team to re brand. I called Brand Design Experts alongside countless others and I immediately felt like they wanted to understand my product and deliver something that would excel my expectations , which I should say, isn't easy! I'm pleased to say that they did and are still doing so. I consider Tim's customer service to be professional and understanding and Rob (who works on the design team) to be patient and determined to fulfil my requirements of which i am very grateful. There is never any problem in going back to the drawing board if I feel that the initial idea is wrong and I can say that the revised work is always outstanding! I initially used Brand Design Experts for a logo and website but knowing that I am in safe hands, will be using them for much more in the future. I think they are outstanding! Elliott”

“This company are UNRELIABLE. UNPROFESSIONAL. BAD SERVICE. LATE PRODUCT. I would never use them again. The manager Sean was supposed to ring me to sort out the issues and he never bothered. They lied to me repeatedly on 'online chat' and when they couldn't give me answers they just stopped responding all together. It has taken over THREE weeks to get a business cards done on an approved design and they still have not been received. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. EVER.”

“Quick and efficient process. I bought the basic logo package so I wanted a quick soloution with no fuss and that's exactly what I got. I'm sure I could have spent more for a more complex design and finish but this was good value for money.”

“Now I'm not an easy one to please. They kept tweaking the logo design till it was perfect to my liking. I'm very impressed with not only the final design but also the unconditional customer service! My logo is now entirely unique & will hopefully be very well remembered because of the efforts put in by Brand Design Experts!”

“Brand Design Experts have been very professional, really quick, provided an excellent selection of logos for my new business and made all the changes I asked efficiently and quickly. Thanks so much, I highly recommend this company and will be back the next time I need some design work completing. (I would have rated them Excellent, but only Very Good was available as an option! :-) )”
