“Placed my first order with them on Friday and paid £11 for next day delivery to receive a message from the delivery company that they hadn’t received my parcel for delivery. I have emailed brandboudoir but I’m still waiting for a reply 😔 Not off to a good start!”

“"Boots are perfect and exactly as described on the website and delivery was fantastic ." I am very impressed with this company. Not a criticism , but I did find that the fit was on the generous side. - with boots this isn't too critical but if I was buying shoes, I think I might try a size down . “The next day delivery is very convenient I ordered the goods about 2 pm and received them next day. It would be helpful tho if you offered another choice of delivery as the cost of next day delivery is quite expensive.”
