Ordered some ugg slippers thinking the colour selection would be as shown in the photo, considering there was only one to select, but when they turned up they weren’t the same as the photo at all. Luckily the mrs didn’t mind the colour sent

Placed my first order with them on Friday and paid £11 for next day delivery to receive a message from the delivery company that they hadn’t received my parcel for delivery. I have emailed brandboudoir but I’m still waiting for a reply 😔 Not off to a good start!

I've still not received my order, but I got an email saying it had been dispatched 6 days ago? Can you help please? The rating is based on not having my order, but also this email asking me to review my experience?

You sent me a size 41 instead of a size 40, that I orderd. A simple mistake anyone can make. But as a customer I expect you to try to solve the problem with speed and grace. Instead I have a mail - tread full of empty "we are sorry" but no effort to fix the problem. One employee tried, but was not trained according to the companys non-existing "customer service" rules. Her promise was taken back by another member of staff and they blamed her for beeing new. Horrible experience - I would not reccomend anyone to by anything from you. In fact - I have told several of my friends to cancel their orders. My order would have made it to me in good time for my event, even with your misstake with sizing and exchange, if you would have been the slightest bit focust on having happy customers and solving problems.// From a very unhappy former customer that will never shop from you again

I ordered some knee high boots. They were too big in the calf and I had to return them. As they offer no return postage the cost was £13 to return, They did offer to collect for me via their courier , however still an £8 charge. Unfortunately I would not buy from them again , as I am likely to incur costs

You took off £6 postage when I returned the shoes as they didn't fit and your website stated free delivery where did it state if returned it'd be deducted, not very fair!

Bought a pair of Ash Hurrican ankle boots... In 5 minutes of wear the top outer rim of the boot had cut into my ankle Emailed but no response so had to phone a few day later Apoarently since I had worn the boots returning it was unacceptable Reason given was the shoe could not be sold to someone else Well here I am stuck with a £165 pair of boots that is not fit for purpose and a plaster on my ankle... Never again

I bought 2 pairs of sandals. One pair had a defect so I had to send it back at my own cost. I spoke with a sale represenrant and agreed in exchange. I completed the form accordingly with the right code for an exchange which i received over the phone and sent it with the returned sandals. I was told a new pair will be sent to me. This never happened. I received a refund and no further communication.

Tried to buy two pairs of the same booths for a friend of mine but it said only one pair of that size was available. Bought one and then another one of the same size became available. So I had to pay the shipping twice for no reason. They were quite attentive though enquiring wheter buying two pairs of the same booths was a mistake or not. Unfortunately two days later I received another email where they explained on pair of booths had both left so couldn't be shipped. And I'm still waiting on the refund. The booths that did arrive though are absolutely perfect.

We apologise regarding the second pair of boots. Since the order was marked as cancelled on Amazon Checkout, no payment was taken from you in the first place, hence why there has been no refund on your second purchase. Thanks again
