“I literally hate your returns policy. The boots are too big they slip but I feel that I shouldn’t have to pay the postage it cost you to send them to me aswell as my own postage to return them. It puts me off of ever buying from you again. I kept them just because I couldn’t face the stress of getting a returns code etc. So I guess your policy works for you.”

“At this stage I can only give 3 stars . My order was supposed to arrive today within an hour time slot , I was waiting for my parcel to arrive bit unfortunately the delivery guys choice not to ring my bell ( couldn’t be bothered to climb a few stairs) and informed me I wadsnt in !! Really mad as I took time to be at home for my order ....... I’ve now been given a generic email telling me my order will be delivered tomorrow!!! Loosing the will for my purchase!! DPD get it Right 😡”

“The shoes I ordered were delivered really fast in nice boxes. Unfortunately one pair had big stains on them and I wrote to customer service but still haven't even received an answer regarding my complaint. Thats very disappointing, especially since it was going to be a gift.”
