“So far I am reasonably happy. The bag I ordered arrived very quickly, it was however damaged. I called customer services and it was collected the next day. I have been told a new replacement will be sent when they receive the damaged one.”

“I'm delighted with the shoes and the price was good. Delivery was next day as promised. My only reservation is the cost of delivery, £6.00 seems a little steep, it is possible to get next day delivery from other suppliers for less. However, it won't put me off buying again.”

“I purchased an ASH pair of boots they were beautifully wrapped and presented . Sadly the delivery company asked for any change to delivery and My road being resurfaced the delivery notes were completely ignored”

“Although I did have a good experience with brand boudoir, there wasn't anything particularly different or good about the site. I did encounter the customer services team/representative who was very helpful. Definitely need to work on lowering the postage and packaging!”

“Very happy with the product, but bad mix up with delivery meaning I was unable to take them away with me. Upsetting as I paid £6 for delivery and never had a response when complaining to delivery company”
