“Very happy with the product, but bad mix up with delivery meaning I was unable to take them away with me. Upsetting as I paid £6 for delivery and never had a response when complaining to delivery company”

“I ordered a Michael Kors bag as a surprise for my daughter for Christmas & she was absolutely delighted with it. The price was good & the delivery very quick. I rang up Brand Boudoir because I was worried whether I was choosing the right handbag & I was told that I had a month after Christmas to make a return if need be - just the reassurance I needed. Excellent customer service & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone - thank you!”
