“I placed an order on May 23rd, it’s now June 1st and my order is still unfulfilled. I was told thru chat that I would receive an email when shipped. My credit card was already charged and of course Brayola has my money, but I have nothing in return. Would be 0 stars at this point but doesn’t allow that.”

“I need to return bras and can’t get anyone on the phone. Printer at home not working to print return label.”

“**BUYER BEWARE**Ordered 2 bras over 6 weeks ago. Received an email that one was on back order and if not received in 6 weeks my card would not be charged. I was charged for the full purchase immediately. I have opened several support tickets with only an automated response, tried calling customer service multiple times and a recording says they cannot answer due to circumstances beyond their control. This has to be some sort of scam and it sounds like they have done the same thing to plenty of other people. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Horrible customer service and it doesn't look like I will be receiving another bra or my money back.”

“I purchased this bra with not too high expectations. I’m a 34H and the thought of a T-shirt bra providing me with any support at all seemed a lot to ask. But this bra does a pretty good job! Now I’m not bounce free but that’s okay with me. This bra is terrific for comfort and the band stays put. I’m very pleased with this bra and will be purchasing a few more.”
