“I had no trouble returning a wrong sized bra, just had to pay the postage, wanted different size and they didn't have it .....sad t o say”

“I bought several bras but they didn't fit. Your return process is somewhat cumbersome compared to others. Sorry. The bras were awesome though and I would have exchanged them if possible.”

“I am very impressed with my order. All bras fit and obiously as they are brands i know the quality is excellent. customer service is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns which i am very impressed with.I will certainly buy from the site again in the future.”

“I thought the process of returns was just a little strange. I had to contact you for instructions, then pay the return postage. It wasn't much, but it added a step that I feel is unnecessary. However, my account was credited in a timely manner.”

“The bra was easy to order, came in the right size and is one of my favorites now! Unfortunately, I can't afford to buy a lot of them because they are pricy (hence the 4 out of 5 stars) but plan on replacing my bras one-by-one as they fail. Nice experience. I'd like to try different styles as I work on updating my drawer! LOL”
