“NOT GETTING REFUND OR RESPONSE! I ordered 3 bras from this company, all seemed to be completely different sizes, only 1 fit. I returned the 2 that didn't fit the next day. Over a month later their site says they refunded me a week ago, but I still see no refund on my card. Third bra I realized was damaged (lace was ripped) so i returned that as well. Same thing, websites says I've been refunded but I haven't. Repeatedly contacted customer service. At first I got generic responses "you should have your refund soon", now they won't respond to me at all. I'm out nearly $100 and have no bras to show for it. I'm turning them in to BBB and spreading the word to my friends and family. Worst service I've ever received. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!”

“I received an email after placing an order that one of the items I ordered was on backorder and was not expected back in stock for 4 to 6 weeks. I immediately responded to cancel my entire order, as I only ordered the other item to get to free shipping. Never received a reply, so I called the next day and was told my order was cancelled. Next day I received an email that my order was shipping! So, once again, another email saying it should have been canceled. Still no reply. So I tried calling....an interminable amount of time spent on hold since “all customer representatives are assisting other callers” Due to the comment I overheard when I placed my first call, I think it was more likely that the customer reps are busy chatting with one another. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service with this company. This is a very competitive marketplace with a wide range of options, so I will be taking my business elsewhere. Maybe a piss poor review will make someone notice.”
