“I bought two clearance non-returnable items and when my order arrived, only one of the two items was in the box even though I had been charged for both. I had no paperwork to prove it. When I called customer service to explain, they went to bat for me and after a few conversations, my second item was sent out in a few days. Thank you! You have a loyal customer!!!!”

“I needed to send a bra back - fit was not quite right, but that happens when you cannot try them on . Sizes vary in stores too so...back it goes, I already ordered the other size and hopefully the two will cross somewhere in the middle =)”

“I ordered a sports bra in a 38DD. This was a new size for me. I usually wear a 36D. Due to breast cancer I have one D breast and one DD breast. The bra I bought from Brayola is a little big in the cup size, particularly on the D breast, but this bra is supportive, comfortable and can wear it all day without knowing I have it on. Thank you for this bra.”

“This was the first time ordering from Brayola. I Ordered 3 bras. I love the sports bra which I will order another one. I love the other underwire bra. They both give very good support. I returned the third bra, but it was my fault, I didn’t notice that it wasn’t underwire when I ordered it. Didn’t even open the package. Returning was VERY easy. I just printed out the return label and put it in the mail slot. I will Order my Bras from Brayola from now on:+1:”

“After years of wearing my perfect bra, it was discontinued by the manufacturer! With the help of Brayola’s bra finder, I was able to widen my horizons with some comparable products from other brands. The diverse brands that are available through this site is surprising. While my new loves are not exactly what I used to wear, they are comparable, comfortable and most of all, available!”

“First of all I love the price and secondly the customer service is excellent. I had received only 1 Bra out of my order and sent an email to Brayola telling them I was missing my second Bra. Within 48 hours I received the missing Bra. I am very satisfied and will come back as a customer.”
